We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mr O Appliances.

Change of Mind – Online Orders

If you purchase an appliance online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Once you have notified us of your decision to cancel, the goods must be returned within a further 14 days.

To request a return, please contact Mr O Appliances before returning the item. The appliance should be returned with all accessories, manuals and original packaging where reasonably possible.

You may inspect the appliance as you would in a shop. However, we reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from the refund if the value of the appliance has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.

Return Costs

Unless the appliance is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the customer may be responsible for the cost of returning or collecting the appliance. We will confirm any applicable collection charge before arranging collection.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your appliance arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

Refunds

Where a refund is due following cancellation, we will refund payments in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. For eligible online cancellations, this includes the standard outbound delivery charge where required by law. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery method are not necessarily refundable.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

Installation and Other Services

Different cancellation rules may apply where installation or another service has already started at your express request. Where applicable, you may be required to pay for the proportion of the service provided before cancellation.
